Post-Onboarding Cards Experience
During the business owner’s onboarding, we wanted to create a moment for them to customize their company’s name on all physical cards and for them to opt into their own virtual and/or physical card upon account approval. This was to encourage users to immediately make their first deposit and start using their accounts from day 1.

Int’l Wires SWIFT/IBAN Code Validation
A large number of international wires were getting bounced back due to incorrect SWIFT/IBAN code matches, verified by our partner. In order to prevent delays in wire transfers, we created a recommendation module where users can elect our suggestion based on the inputted bank details during payment setup.

Debit Card Limit Controls
This was V1 of introducing monthly limits to debit cards. The daily limits was very limiting and didn’t allow card-only users to spend their monthly allowances within a single purchase that would otherwise be eligible.
